Our strategy

The integration of all the technical aspects of a project, from design to implementation, has enabled us to plan and schedule the programme of works more effectively, offering reliable completion deadlines and lower costs, along with significant decrease in unforeseen changes while work is under way, resulting in major gains for the end customer.

Planning

Right from the start, we have sought to interpret and resolve issues pertaining to architectural design and plant design in a complementary manner, before proceeding with planning and site management. We provide our services in support of the design progresses in projects where the customer has decided to outsource turn-key operations, or vice-versa, in cases where the design studio in question puts itself forward for turnkey contracts.

Experience

Over 20 years of expertise and professionalism. This is our history in a nutshell – a history founded on 700 renovation and new construction projects. We seek to understand and overcome any executive problems relating to building/plant design and to the planning/management of the construction site.

Safety

Work site safety is a key priority for our company.
For this reason, each and every technician and worker involved in the company’s production process is provided with accident prevention training, designed to ensure the health and safety of all those engaged in the construction process. In over 20 years of business, we are proud to report that not a single accident has occurred at any of our work sites.

HOW WE WORK

DESIGN ARCHITECTURAL, ELECTRICAL AND HEATING/PLUMBING

PRELIMINARY PROJECT

We establish the qualitative and functional characteristics of the project, summarising the requirements to be met and the specific services to be provided. The preliminary project design consists of an illustrative report explaining the proposed solution, which is based upon an analysis of the various solutions possible.

FINAL PROJECT

In this stage, we finalise each aspect of the work to be carried out in compliance with the requirements, criteria, constraints, guidelines and instructions set out in the preliminary design draft. Our final project contains all the elements required in order to issue the necessary authorisations and approvals.

EXECUTIVE PROJECT

Prepared in line with the the final project, this document sets out each single detail of the works to be carried out, and their anticipated costs. The final project document provides comprehensive details of all elements of the project so that the form, type, quality, size and price of each item and/or service can be determined.

SCHEDULING OF WORKS

Scheduling of works lies at the heart of our business. The experience gained over the years with the use of software designed for project planning allows us to minimise any unexpected events, and prevent consequent delays

BUILDING

On the basis of the works schedule drawn up, each phase of the project realisation process is organised and coordinated, in accordance with the various different levels of complexity

QUALITY CONTROL

Each phase of any project is carried out in full compliance with the procedures specified in ISO 9001/2015, which governs the quality control of work processes. The internal procedures according to which we operate allow us to monitor and ensure the quality of both materials and workmanship

PROGRESS REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING

The works schedule, which is updated regularly during the construction process, allows us to provide our customers at with an accurate overview of the progress of works at any point, as well as with a summary of the corresponding accounting

TAX BENEFITS

We prepare the documentation necessary to obtain tax deductions on behalf of our customers, in accordance with local regulations

PREPARATION OF FINAL CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND AS-BUILT DRAWINGS

We ensure the release of all final documentation relating to the certification of technological systems (water, sanitary, electric, air conditioning etc.) and of civil works, as required by law

MAINTENANCE

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Execution of all the operations necessary in order to maintain the system in full working order

Interventions to restore order after unforeseen malfunctions or faults which can lead to system downtime
